Close But No Miniature

The Warlock has mentioned the Tales of the Warlock: Revenge of the Gobcocker Miniature Collection... soon to be launched on KickStarter. I'm trying to settle on a pose for Lady Eva. The Warlock had one that he loved, but Dave Soderquist (the sculptor) pointed out the pose was almost identical to the Deeth miniature.

Back to the drawing board...

I came up with another one that I kind of liked, but as I worked with it more, I just felt it could be better. Anyway... not wanting to let a days work go to waste, I thought I would share the concept art with you for the pose that just didn't make it.
